What you need to know

As of April 12, 2025, the Sears Mastercard will be renamed the Citi ThankYou Mastercard and all branding and communications will refer to the Citi ThankYou Mastercard including statements, materials and services for your account.

There will be no change to the current card number or account history as a result of this change.

A new Citi ThankYou Mastercard will be sent between May 15 and June 30, 2025.6 This card replaces the current Sears Mastercard which should be destroyed upon receipt of the new card. New card issuance subject to your account eligibility including being open and good standing.

You can continue to manage your account including checking your balance, making online payments and setting up payment due or account balance alerts at citithankyoucard.com using your existing login ID and password.
