Go Bank 将取消所有 Prepaid 卡，用新卡取代；Walmart 将收取 Reload 费

Go Bank 给用户发信，表示 10 月 31 日将关闭所有 Go Bank 账户，然后用新的产品取代，用户可以激活新的卡使用。我去官网考证了下，貌似新的是 VISA 发行，老的是 MasterCard。不知道会不会对 VGC load 有所限制。

另外，Go Bank 还宣布，从 9 月 16 日开始，walmart reload Go Bank 卡将收取 $3.79 的费用（一般 debit 和 VGC 都会收取）。实话说这个 gobank 活了这么久也是挺神奇的，只要每月不超过 $5000，尽量一笔 $500，就可以一直苟延残喘。。。加了 load 费用就有点坑了，增加了 1% 的成本。这对于开卡奖励来说倒是没啥，想要靠这个赚钱的利润进一步压缩了
