Coach Outlet 相信不少朋友都去买过东西，而且国内的亲戚还挺喜欢。不过，Coach Outlet 有时在定价的时候拿正价品的标价打折，让人误以为这是正价店没卖完才在这被放在这卖的。实际上，outlet 的货都是另一条生产线，品控比正价店的差多 了；据说设计师也是另外的。

终于，coach outlet 因此被集体诉讼。现在两方谈了一个和解条件，给在拿购物过的人一定的赔偿。如果你选择领取补偿，则无法继续起诉。条件如下：

  • 2011 年 12 月 23 日-2020 年 8 月 24 日，在 coach outlet 购物
  • 买的东西是从 MFSRP 打折而来，带有 MFSRP TAG

如果买 $150 以上，没有购物证明（如小票），可以获取 $20 的 Voucher 或者 $5 的现金。如果购买 $150 以上，有证明，可以获取 2 张 voucher，价值共 $40，或者 $10 Cash。

  • If you made purchases totaling less than $150.00 or you have no proof of purchase, regardless of the amount spent, you may elect to receive 1 Coach outlet Voucher worth up to $20.00, or $5.00 cash (“Tier 1 Claimant”) .
  • If you have proof of purchases totaling $150.00 or more, you may elect to receive 2 Coach outlet Vouchers, together worth up to $40.00, or $10.00 cash (“Tier 2 Claimant”) .

补偿采取先到先得，如果后面 Voucher 或者 cash 不够了，将会进行调整。登记获取补偿的网站如下，截止日期是 2021 年 1 月 21 日
