BOA 大家应该都不陌生了，门店还是很多的，信用卡也不少。我们之前介绍过 BOA 家的个人 checking

本文介绍的是他家的商业支票账户，也就是 business checking account。注意，这个商业账户也是 FDIC 的，所以不必担心存款消失。

开户和奖励

现在这个账户有不错的开户奖励，开户后 30 天内存入 $30k，并保持 60 天的平均余额，就可以获取 $1000 的奖励，这算起来有近 20% 的 APY 了。

  • 开户链接（需要在 7 月 31 日之前申请）

具体要求如下

  • 2024 年 7 月 31 日之前开户
  • 开户后 30 天内从非 BOA 的账户往这个账户存入 $30k
  • 保证在第 31-90 天内，账户的平均存款在 $30k 以上（所以卡好时间相当于只用存 60 天就行）

Open a new eligible Business Advantage Relationship Banking or Business Advantage Fundamentals™ Banking account byJuly 31, 2024;: AND

Make Qualifying Deposits of $30,000 or more in new money* into your new Business Advantage Banking account within thirty (30) days of account opening; AND

*New money**The  begins thirty-one (31) calendar days after account opening and ends ninety (90) calendar days after account opening.

虽然 term 中写的是 target offer，但是根据之前的链接情况，只要通过这个链接申请是可以拿到的。不过下面的情况将无法获取开卡奖励

  • 12 个月内有 BOA Business Checking
  • 同一个商业实体只能拿一次奖励（同一个 EIN；用 SSN 充当 EIN 的话，就是同一个 SSN）
  • BOA 的雇员无法获取奖励

Preferred Rewards

BOA 的个人 checking 可以提供 Preferred Rewards 等级，最高可以给所有个人信用卡获取的返现加成 75% 奖励。其实商业卡也有完全对应的奖励机制。

简介如下

  • 等级：Gold/Platinum/Platinum Honors 需要 $20k-$50k/$50k-$100k /$100k 商业账户资产
  • 条件：三个月滚动计算；没满足后一年三个月失效
  • 福利：商业信用卡 25%/50%/75% 的额外返现奖励，各种商业相关的服务、贷款、投资、ATM 折扣

费用

月费是可以避免的，避要求如下：

  • 每日余额至少 $5k
  • 使用 business debit card 消费至少 $250
  • 加入 Preferred Rewards for Business，至少维持 $20K 余额对应的 Gold Tier

其他注意事项（来自美卡攻略）

  • 支持 SSN、ITIN 申请，申请有 soft pull
  • 手机支持 VoIP 类，如 Google Voice 等
  • 不支持 NRA 线上开户，但是银行并不严格执行此政策。
  • 建议线上申请需要使用美国原生态 IP
  • 奖励会发 1099-int 税表（RA）或者 1042-S (NRA)，这两张税表对身份都没有要求，可以正常报税
  • 如果一个人拥有多家公司且开通多个商业账户，他只能拿一次开户奖励
