背景

疫情期间，AMEX 终于有大动作了，不仅延长了所有新开卡的开卡消费时间到六个月，还有针对性的增加了其他卡的各项福利。福利的总结如下

AMEX Platinum 各版本

包括 Platinum 的各个版本：

新福利有：

  • $320 流媒体和手机服务报销：5-12 月，每月 $20 select streaming 和 $20 wireless telephone services 报销

AMEX Business Platinum

AMEX Business Platinum 的福利尤其给力

  • $160 手机服务报销：5-12 月，每月 $20 wireless telephone services 报销
  • $160 运费消费报销：5-12 月，每月 $20，总共 $160，比如 UPS, FedEx,  USPS 和其他运输公司
  • 额外 $200 Dell 消费报销（总共 $400）：receive up to $200 in additional statement credits for U.S. purchases with Dell Technologies, for a total of up to $400 in statement credits in 2020 when added to the existing Shop Dell with Business Platinum benefit ($100 in additional statement credits from May 1 through June 30, 2020 and up to $100 in additional statement credits between July 1 and December 31, 2020) .
  • New, free Shop Small® templates and resources at ShopSmall.com, as well as benefits, offerings and expertise from more than 40 leading companies as part of the recently launched ‘Stand for Small’ coalition.
  • Resy, a subsidiary of American Express, is waiving all fees for new and existing ResyOS customers through December 2020.

Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant 额外福利：

  • $300 报销可以作用于餐馆消费和外带：eligible purchases at U.S. restaurants, including takeout and delivery, will now qualify toward the $300 Marriott Bonvoy Statement Credit benefit (June through August 2020) .

Hilton 系列

包含 Hilton Surpass 和 Aspire

  • 超市 12x 积分到年底：earn 12X Hilton Honors Bonus Points at U.S. supermarkets (May through July 2020) . 
  • 积分冲击高级会员：Bonus Points earned through eligible purchases on all Hilton American Express Cards, that post to the Card Member’s Hilton Honors account between May 1 through December 31, 2020 will be considered Base Points and will count towards Elite tier qualification and Lifetime Diamond Status.

Aspire 额外福利

  • 餐馆报销：大家很担心的 $250 Resort 报销可以直接用吃饭或者餐馆外卖搞定了，时间限制在 6 月 1 日-8 月 1 日，相信那时候外卖应该还算安全的
  • 积分冲永久钻石：5 月 1 日-12 月 31 日通过这张卡消费获取的 Hilton 积分，可以用来冲击永久钻石。呃感觉真爱 hilton，直接持有这张卡就完事了
  • 免房券随便用：在 12 月 31 日之前，只能用于 weekend night 的免房券可以用在一周的任意时间了。5 月 1 日-12 月 31 日发放的免房券将有两年有效期。

我的点评

先说好的，几乎所有旅行相关的个人卡和自家的商业卡都有比较好的福利更新。实打实的超市多倍返现和流媒体手机话费报销，都是可以落到实处的。而酒店报销的改动也算是能缓解一下大家持卡的压力。作为信用卡的大户，AMEX 此举还是能挽回不少准备关卡的人的。

再说坏的

  • 最重要的航空报销到哪去了：现在报销这么困难，不如把航空杂费报销也改成吃饭算了
  • 都是联名卡的改动：Blue Cash 和 Everyday 咋办？AMEX Gold 被抛弃了么，为啥 green 有 gold 没有

另外，这么些报销怎么撸呢。。

  • 餐馆：吃的了就吃，到时候看看餐馆 GC 是否能激活吧，真不行每月买，然后到二手市场卖掉。。
  • 手机报销：可以买个手机分期付款了？或者运营商的 GC 试试？每月买个手机配件？
  • 流媒体报销：看剧？会员？Hulu 之类的 GC？

总之，随着时间的推移，应该会有不少 DP。到时候给大家一一总结。我们也会尽量从最容易套现的角度给大家测试。
